The time honored and always popular look of a picket fence compliments and calms nearly any neighborhood home. If you want to give your window box an extra touch of elegance, Windowbox.com also sells optional "Faux" brackets for the the picket fence or any of our Estate Collection Window Box. Depending on the length of the box you will need 2-3 faux brackets. For 24, 30, 36 and 48 inch boxes (2) faux brackets should be used while a 60 & 72 inch length box requires (3) faux brackets. All brackets are sold separately and are for decorative purposes (not for support) and can be attached to the bottom of the box via PVC cement (recommended) or wood screws at your discretion - cement and/or screws not included.
The Picket Fence is part of the Estate Collection of Boxes. All Estate Collection boxes are made from cellular PVC, an architectural grade, wood-like alternative that is as heavy and dense as wood but will not rot, crack, warp or twist as it is impervious to water. Our craftsmen hand make each one just as they do the our wood boxes. Cellular PVC is popular today in many home construction products including home trim, door jambs and hot tub surrounds.
