Chopped
tomato
Honey
Apricots
Saffron
Cinnamon
Ginger
Olive oil
(chopped
carrots and
squash optional)
Layer all ingredients in a Dutch oven (or covered casserole pot). Cook at 350F for 1-2 hours.
