Asian Carrot Soup Light, delicious, and easy
1/2 Tbs. sesame oil
10 large green onions, sliced 2/3 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped 1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced 1 3/4 cups vegetable broth 1 1/2 cups water Fresh ginger Salt Chives Cook green onion in oil 3 minutes. Add the rest and cook 25 min. Puree. |
