Lots of fresh carrots cut any way you like
Bunch of fresh tarragon
Butter
Cream
Fresh ground pepper
Salt optional

Steam the carrots. In saucepan melt butter with lots of fresh tarragon, cream, and pepper. Salt optional. Pour over carrots and eat.
