The Countertop Kitchen Composter is the easy and convenient way to get the most out of your kitchen waste. You can use it to compost ALL of your kitchen waste (including raw and cooked meat, fish and dairy). And it's small enough to keep on your kitchen counter or under your sink. This composter uses the beneficial microbes in Bokashi (fermented bran) to break down the organic material. Simply add your kitchen waste then the Bokashi to the composter and close the lid. In about four weeks you will have both liquid plant food (which can be extracted via the spout near the bottom of the composter) AND solid organic matter that can be added to any home composter. The Bokashi and the composter's air-tight lid eliminate odors. It's perfect for indoor and off-season composting. Comes with scoop, inner drain tray and 2 months supply of Bokashi.
