100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with whatever you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any non-plant item within 30 days of receipt for replacement, full reimbursement, or store credit for 100% of the value. All live plant products have a 7-Day Freshness Guarantee and we will gladly replace any plant should it expire within a week of arrival. Make sure you include your order #, name, address & daytime phone number - we can't credit you for the returned item unless we know who you are!

Our Privacy Policy
None of the information you provide us will be given, sold, or traded to others without your consent. That includes your name, address, email, payment information, or anything else you tell us. We also won't spy on you or your garden with top-secret satellites, spread vicious rumors about your dog, or talk about you behind your back. You have our word.

Safe Shopping Guarantee
Shopping online with us is just as safe or safer than using your credit card at your local nursery. We use standard secure server software that encrypts all the data you send us, preventing any unauthorized party from intercepting and copying your information. Your browser will show that you have a secure encrypted link by showing you a small closed lock. Send any questions on our secure ordering process to service@windowbox.com.

Alternatives to on-line ordering
By fax: Go through the ordering process, then print out your order and fax it to us at (323) 277-1130.

By mail: Go through the ordering process, then print out your order. Mail the form in to us, including either your credit card information or a check made out to "Windowbox.com" The mailing address is:

Questions about orders:
The best way to contact us is via email: we will respond to you message within 24 hours. Questions about orders should go to service@windowbox.com.

Or, if you prefer the using the phone, call anytime at 1-888-GARDEN-Box. If the office is closed, leave a message for customer service that includes a phone number and the best time to reach you.

Shipping options
Orders received before 1 pm pst will normally ship that day, all orders received after 1 pm pst will ship the next day(note: plant items will not ship until Monday, if transit time is longer than 2 days). All of our orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx. Your order should take about 3 - 6 business days to arrive (depending where the order is going) after 1 - 2 business days to process the order. You may also choose 2-Day or Overnight Shipping during checkout.

Please remember that all live plants must ship either 2-Day or Overnight. Plants can not be in transit for more than 2 days, and because UPS and FedEx do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, plants ordered on Thursday or Friday will not ship until Monday. Specific restrictions are noted on each product. For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us at service@windowbox.com or call (888) 427-3362, as additional charges may apply.


Restrictions on shipping live plants
Weather limits when plants can be shipped to cold weather areas. See information on product pages for allowable shipping dates.

State and Federal Agricultural regulations prohibit the shipment of certain types of plants into certain states. Be aware that these laws cause many plant species to have limited availability.

International Orders
Because of the price and difficulty, we no longer ship internationally (includes Canada).

If you would like to make special arrangments for a freight company to ship your items internationally, feel free to contact us at 1-800-GARDEN-Box or service@windowbox.com.

Sales tax
State laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents shipping merchandise to states where the company has established offices. The Windowbox.com main office and operations are in Los Angeles, California; we are, therefore, required to collect sales taxes on orders shipped to locations in the state of California. The rest of you are okay, for now.

Return Shipping Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of an item you received and would like to return it, simply contact us via phone or email:

We will gladly send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email or post.

Once we receive the returned items, we will give you a full refund.

Please note that we will only cover the shipping costs if you are returning an item due to an error on our part. Otherwise, both return and outgoing shipping costs are your responsibility.
