Product Description

The White Button Mushroom is the most widely cultivated mushroom in the USA. The caps of the mushrooms at the "button stage" are typically 1-3", but if left to mature the caps can reach a size of 5-8" in diameter. Our White Button Mushroom kit produce abundant quantities of this delicious variety. Crops grow back every 10-14 days until the mushroom kit uses up all the nutrients. You will harvest approximately 4 pounds of mushrooms in about a 3 month time period.
