The Asian Wardian Style Terrarium Stand is a stylish and modern way to bring a bit of the garden indoors. Invented by Dr. Ward (hence the name "Wardian") a physicist from the 1800’s in Britain with a great deal of enthusiasm for Botany, found that plants flourished in a glass enclosure. New designs of glass enclosures or terrariums were developed over the years, and became a must have on the home decor and garden scene. Our Asian Wardian Style Terrarium Stand has a traditional look with its Oriental roof line, with matching rounded glass.
