OUR RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority! We offer a return policy for all standard items, allowing you to receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding outbound shipping charges). To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s). The items must be unused and in their original packaging. Before making a return, please call our toll-free number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please note that an RMA is required for all returns, and refunds cannot be issued without it.

Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable. Made-to-order items, including those customized in terms of styles, sizes, or colors, cannot be returned.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is a result of our packing error. If your items were damaged during transit, please report the damage within 5 days of receiving the item, as indicated by the carrier tracking number's delivery date. We must report carrier damage claims promptly. In such cases, we require photographs of the affected items and any damage to the shipping container. Additionally, the customer must save and return the damaged box as instructed by our carrier.

If you are uncertain about the eligibility of an item for return, we recommend contacting us before placing an order. Our agents are available Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time, to assist you.

ONLINE ORDER SECURITY

To ensure the highest level of security for all online transactions paid for via credit card and PayPal, we handle them with industry-standard SSL encryption. This protection applies to all purchases made on the Windowbox.com website.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We strive to ship your order promptly. In-stock items are usually shipped within 2-3 days, while custom-made products may take 2 to 3 weeks. Please note that we only ship to the continental US. STORAGE FEE POLICY

Orders will only be released for shipment upon receipt of the final balance. If an order remains at our distribution center for more than one week, it will be transferred to a long-term storage facility at the beginning of the second week. Depending on the order size, a transfer fee of $250 to $500 will be applied, and an additional 1% of the order total will be charged per week of storage to the outstanding balance.
