Framed Cottage Cedar Window Box w/ Cleat

Our Framed Cottage Cedar Window Box is made from high quality white cedar, durable enough to withstand rain and snow but nearly as smooth and fine as furniture-grade wood.We recommend adding a liner with wooden flower boxes to reduce the chance of rot and mildew. Liners also make it easy to start seeds indoors or in a greenhouse and then put them outside when the plants are ready.

The Framed Cottage Window Boxes feature our convenient cleat mounting system, which is similar to a French cleat or z-clip. This makes it easy to pull the flower box down for replanting and then mount it again when done.

This natural cedar flower box can easily be painted. Unfinished cedar window box ready for any finish - or, leave it raw for a rustic look. Light sanding may be required.
